Together we can create positive change
The Co-Founders and Executive Leadership Team of Joyous Ventures forged a deep connection many years ago, united by kindred spirits and an unwavering commitment to helping others. With decades of combined experience providing interim housing and supportive services to the Los Angeles community, they shared a vision to create something extraordinary for women and families.
That vision solidified one day over lunch when they decided to join forces and create a beacon of hope for those in need. Joyous Ventures was born, a testament to their combined wealth of knowledge, unwavering dedication, and shared belief in the power of compassion.
In July 2024, Joyous Ventures partnered with the Justice Care and Opportunities Department (JCOD) – Providing Opportunities for Women in Reentry (POWR) program to establish Blossom House, a haven of interim housing and supportive services for single women, women-identified, pregnant women and women with children experiencing homelessness or displacement. Located in East Los Angeles, Joyous Ventures offers 45 interim housing beds and essential services to help individuals find stability and transition towards permanent housing.
Together, Viktoriya and Juataun lead Joyous Ventures with an unwavering commitment to empowering women and children to rebuild their lives. Through comprehensive support, stable housing, and a pathway to a brighter future, their leadership ensures that Joyous Ventures continues to be a beacon of hope and transformation in the community.
At Joyous Ventures, our mission is to cultivate a community where individuals and families thrive through access to secure housing, holistic support services, and avenues for well-being and healthy lifestyles.
We recognize the profound impact the justice system has—not just on those directly affected, but on their families and communities as well. Women reentering society, especially mothers, face unique challenges that require understanding, support, and action. Let’s stand together to help heal the most vulnerable, ensuring they have the resources and compassion needed to rebuild their lives and provide stability for their children. Be part of the movement to turn compassion into meaningful change!
Our team is made up of experienced and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to helping our participants. We take pride in the quality of care we provide and are committed to making a positive impact in our community.

Our program offers a compassionate haven for our participants who are homeless or displaced, where we fervently strive to offer a safe and stable living environment. We are dedicated to delivering essential supportive services that are thoughtfully designed to help individuals find stability and healing after the hardship of living on the streets, guiding them towards a brighter future of permanent housing.
At Blossom House, residents receive around-the-clock staff support, comfortable living accommodations, transportation to essential appointments and activities, balanced meals, essential hygiene products and linkages to supportive services. Upon entering Blossom House, residents collaborate with staff members to develop a personalized plan that caters to their unique needs and aspirations. This plan, with its focus on independence and securing permanent housing, ensures that each resident feels heard and empowered throughout their journey.
